  • Organize a volunteer corps to work together to volunteer in classrooms
  • Host book drives for gently used children’s books
  • Post literacy tips and messages around the office (link?)
  • Host lunch and learn sessions about literacy
  • Allow parents flexibility to attend school conferences and activities during the school day
  • Encourage parents to enroll their children in summer programs
  • Encourage book clubs among employees
  • Sponsor scholarships for employee’s children to attend summer programs
  • Adopt a school or classroom to provide resources
